Hi everybody, I've been out of crypto since 2017. However, Bittrex has just informed me that I have some 1ST Fristblood left on my account that will be deleted next 19th November. I'm out of practice as you can imagine... my question is as simple as this:

Can I withdraw my 1ST Firstblood balance from Bittrex Global to a Metamask address? I have not idea about how tokens work but I understand that any Ethereum based token can be transfered to an Ethereum address, Am I right?
