So if I were you guys, it is better to pick a gambling site that has a promotion here because they had fair to ruin their reputation and cannot advertise here in the forum.
A lot of users who does not know about the forum and also many a users know about the from but they are not forum friendly in this case it will not be helpful for non-forum users if we post on the forum only. In this case it should be reported somewhere for what they may face legal issue or face issue on search engine optimization.
The problem is most of creepy shady exchange don't have any identity of there owner and some of don't have a license or worst fake license just to mislead players. There's no way to track this criminals unless they leave traces of there identity. Besides that, It will cause huge some of money just to track and file a legal charges especially if its international. Its better to avoid shady rather than risk on playing.
The only answer to the OP question was the license commission or on the department of anti cyber crime on the complainant country.
