Coin-1, every time you publish this monthly list I get more motivated to hand out merits.  Some days I feel kinda bleh about posts or just don't see good ones because I'm not doing a lot of reading, but having some semblance of a scorecard like this thread just makes me want to do better as a merit source. 

Thanks again for keeping this updated, and I'm going to do my best to improve upon October's statistics (though I think I'm off to a worse start than I was last month).
