Coin Talk is developed for the cryptotalk community, basically they pay for every post in the cryptotalk forum with the coin. However this coin is not really well developed. The price of the coin never moves from 1 and 2 satoshi. We don't know the total supply of coins. Maybe if we hope there will be a pump up to 10 Sats, I think that's a difficult thing, in fact I don't think this will ever happen.
