I'm curious, why does everyone around here seem to hate IPOs so much?
If they are done with a trusted escrow like OP says, are they so bad?
It's because of all the IPO scams that have happened over the last couple of months, but as you pointed out, if they are using a trusted escrow then that shouldn't be a concern.
