I read this thread from time to time to find possible candidates to give out some of my merits (hope that is no problem @Ratimov), since I usually get more than I can spend. I have chosen the user you warned about as a possible candidate to give him some merits. Until I read your warning. Instead, I gave both of your posts merits 
Everything is fine. Yesterday I looked through all the fresh applications. And there are no worthy candidates for a merit, alas.
