You can take a look at Fidor Bank, they have been 'crypto friendly' for years. Check the .de website and not the .uk or .com version.
Kraken (one of the biggest exchange was, and perhaps still, using it). There is also Nuri (aka Bitwala). Both are located in Germany.
Other than that, perhaps Monzo, and Bank Frick but I know only the name.
