with the achievement of ATH $3.09 - Sep 02, 2021 which has not been done long ago, it can definitely be done to achieve renewable ATH. currently all are on the rise, so all altcoins are also on the way to increase.
Now it's still very possible for Cardano to make new ATH milestones within this month, but from the moves that have been seen, it seems Cardano is still finding it very difficult to make new ATHs within this month.
ADA's 3.3% increase over the past week also reflects that ADA is indeed looking to improve and doesn't seem to be getting that momentum yet. we will wait for the end of this month to reach renewable ATH and to prepare towards the price of $5 by the end of the year.
I'm a little hesitant for Cardano to hit the $5 mark by the end of the month as the gains have been very slow and are currently still at $2 less, with no sign of moving towards $3.
