Where is the abuse part?
There is nothing to abuse with the referral bonus fund. The 100 USD is an extra bonus fund beside the normal affiliate commission. You won't receive the amount in your account if anyone join bc.game through your affiliate link. The amount will be credited to your account if the referral increase their VIP level by doing wagers. Check the pay table of USD Rewards Rule
Check the screenshot of bc.game email support. They said
It clearly indicates that bc.game has suspended his account as they found multiple accounts under his control. And in the telegram support message they said OP is using his account for claiming the bonuses only. They have also given the reference of the email message (multiple accounts). In the ‘Bonuses and Promotions’ part of User Agreement page, bc.game said

Bonuses can only be received once per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
