BTW, OP posted another screenshot of bc.game support reply. Still it looks like they have suspended his account for the abuse of bonus with multiple accounts. Although OP saying that he has only one account. Looks like this issue has come here after a lot of discussion between OP and bc.game support. Perhaps, the casino team have enough information about this issue and they should reply here quickly. I just asked bcgame support to get their response here.
