Try to guess what coin will pump is kind of gambling, but your risks are very low as 100$ is not a big sum and you will get millions of these coins. Nevertheless, I am afraid that not having triggers to grow, they will at best on the same level, while at worst they will continue decreasing. I have some low cap coins in a portfolio, but still they are not as cheap as those that you are looking for. My favorite low cap coin is tron.
