I don't understand the English in your poll but I can tell you that 99% of people will not be able to time the market, you can only win by spending enough time in the market. I suggest holding long term and doing some yield farming and staking, that's a lot easier than trying to time the market and day trade and you can earn a lot more with yield farming on SpookySwap or Ref Finance or Pancakeswap than you can by trading.
