From the merit transaction page it seems that he is one of the merit source, isn't that enough to help users there get merit and rank up?
Unfortunately, I'm not a merit source and recently, I explained [on another thread] why I still haven't tried to submit my application.most of the users posting there are just the old ones which I don't find they need Merits
You have a point, but most of the veteran members [in our local board] still need "sMerits" [I wish there was a way to transfer those to users that you truly trust]!- BTW, congratulations [I'm happy for you]
