Solved from my perspective without they need to response
1. RTP issue, he think/feels RTP is lower than is expected and make him lose. This is just most common sense, without any proof he/she just speculate the argument.
2. Verification Issue: He thinks "Stake" casino not asking or having verification, but based on "FAQ" not only here but also other casinos. In some case, the casino have a right to asking customer for KYC.
