With the way we've seen different clubs perform in their several leagues,here are my top favourites for the UEFA Champions league.

There are 3 Premier League representatives on your list, but all three are very strong. But two of them should probably be given to other league team like Real Madrid or maybe Barcelona beside we also have Juventus. I just think that there are 4 team from different leagues that get into the top 4 or to the semi-finals. English, Spanish, German and French. As for which team will get there, we can only look forward to it as there are still a lot of game to be played by all the team at the moment. But maybe we can all still be wrong.
Barcelona and Juventus I'm a little lacking because I'm referring to their respective domestic leagues which are still deteriorating today, and I know it's still a long way to go but my belief is lacking, but for English Premier League clubs they have strong power in their game. then this can go on and even a lot of favorites in the champions league.
In any champions league it can change in terms of appearance, this will be different in league and Champions games, therefore any club can win, but in predictions the final candidate can be from the main league and also France.
