Bitcoin has a new ATHs is it safe to encourage new investor to buy now seeing how high the price has gone? My fear for new investors is that the don't experience a dip after buying since no one is sure of how far the new highs will reach.
I prefer not to encourage new investors to buy either and do not offer financial advice, rather I'll give you as much tools that I can and help you through to understand the basics of Bitcoin, what makes it valuable and what puts it ahead of the thousands of other cryptocurrencies, you can then make an informed decision to buy or not.
I'll personally buy at this price regardless if how high it is, but if I encouraged someone to, the market could change and they would likely react differently than I would.
