Those chip temps on board #2 look pretty high compared to pcb temp and other boards...

if this was another gear I would advise him to clean it, but since this is a T17, I rather not touch them if they work, I remember a bunch of heatsinks coming off when I used an air blower to clean them, it's like they installed them using saliva instead of solder.
That is why I always recommend using a brush to clean out the dust while blowing because sometimes blowing the dust without brushing cause some problems and issue.

While slightly blowing it with air.
