For sure humility is a good thing whether it comes to assessing your level of richie status or if it comes to becoming too presumptive about your richie status - especially when it comes to something so volatile as bitcoin.

I have a similar kind of issue, sometimes, in terms of holding in the humbleness, because frequently when talking with acquaintances the subject of finances will come up, and people will sometimes say that they are able to x, y or z, but they cannot really do a or b because they cannot afford it without some kind of stress upon their finances.  Some of us might be losing our ability to relate to some of those kinds of tradeoffs, or if we say something smug about our own situation (not needing to worry about those kinds of trade offs or considerations), then we might need to attempt to keep our lil selfies in check.. if that is possible. 



I find the juxtaposition of the idea of "underachiever' and "doing it well" to be confusing.

You mean that you were good at under achieving or you were good at your job or some other thing that I am not quite understanding?
