faketoshis bitcoin. the list of addresses he claims to be owner of. but this is just a theoretical and joking question. I'm not sure if this would be a good idea. But it would be funny. court forces core devs to give faketoshi access to addresses and instead core devs burn the bitcoin on these addresses 
Faketoshi(s) could also claim my bitcoins are theirs. Coming into an agreement that my coins won't be spendable due to that fact is against its censorship resistance and will only bring damage to the project.
