1xBit doesn't disclose personal information. Many players choose 1xBit for the opportunity to bet without leaving any personal info, and that could be done only if we do not disclose our info either.
By showing our internal information, our whole community could be at risk of being revealed, so we do not and will never do so.

There are proofs that 1xBit scamming players.

Most of the accusers buy negative 1xBit accounts and try to get profit at both 1xBit and on BTT. These people usually create 1-day newbie accounts on the forum to post accusation, sometimes they post screenshots of disabled payment methods (which is a common practice for a closed account). And these screenshots shouldn't be considered as a proof since such screenshot/video could be made up easily by simply breaking a rule on site, even easier when you buy a closed account.

How do you know that people buy 1xBit accounts?
1xBit is not the first company to experience that. But some proofs are here and here. Links to these messages could be shared in pm to someone experienced on btt. Otherwise, we risk connecting buyers with sellers.
