Lack of volume make your transaction stuck and you need to pay more/get less than the high volume. IMO Apeswap is better than the rest exchanges if we talking about the reputations.
It's weird, but coinmarketcap excludes the volume of this trading pair on Biswap. By the way, if you compare the daily trading volume of BFG on CMC and coingecko, you will notice that these data are very different. For example, CMC displays $86k in BFG/WBNB pair on apeswap, while coingecko displays only $53k in the same pair.
Such trading volumes, which are shown by different cryrtodata aggregators, is a completely normal phenomenon. This is due to the set of different trading platforms in the volume calculation system and filters both in CMC and coingecko, which take into account the overestimation of trading volumes that are usual for exchanges.
In this case, I would be guided by smaller numbers, especially since they are of the same order, which means they roughly show the same thing.
