I'm not sure just for these purposes. I actually think it is more worrying on the customer side because they will lose the evidence to capture when the balance is not credited. Maybe it will be fine now, but who would have thought that in the future with thousands of customers you will need a lot of admins to process manually. Of course you can't control their attitude, can you?
For anonymity, a "no KYC" policy I think will suffice. Even if you want to add this, give the customer an option eg by adding the "generate new address" button below the previous deposit address.
