Their maybe many exchange as like you said.But 80 percentage of company which doesn't required of kyc will scam people at the end.So better go for the company which ask kyc for the transaction.It's my advice and not asking to follow this.If you like my advice, you can follow it. I am sure, it will be helpful to you. Because kyc accepting exchange will be transferent.
