Quite sad to see the owner of a 'trusted gambling site' treat it's users like this.
I've been active on BaB for almost 2 years, I've never had any problems involving bans or mutes until this. It's upsetting to me that you permanently ban me for no good reason and tell me "I won't reply to your requests". You've stripped me of one of my favourite downtime hobbies and I hope people see this and reconsider playing on the site.
It would be bad if they had locked up your funds and refused to give them back to you but look, they just said they don't want to do business with you. So why don't you just move on. Stop forcing the issue.
There must be a clear reason they don't want to deal with you anymore, and I think you have an idea.
