The problem is the percentage of people that are actually educated is very low and we can mostly see that there are a lot of people in power who are not that highly educated or probably not the best fit for the job. Just look at the Bangladesh cricket board President. What does he actually know about cricket?
So with political power you can be the president of a cricket board, which is fascinating but without knowing about the infrastructure, how is he going to make any changes that could improve the development of cricket in the country. I understand that when there is huge money involved you will attract power hungry individuals and may be that is what we are seeing.

I am surprised that the conspiracy theory keeps on coming on a daily basis  Cheesy.
