If someone bought the Dogecoin at the highest price, then it is better to wait or change it to other cryptos and make money by exchanges and swap?

For a coin which already pumped and dumped, i think better to change to another coin because waiting for Dogecoin hype will need long time (but can be in short) i mean Dogecoin can be pumped again if get hyped again or maybe if pumped by whales. So for a coin which not developed much like Dogecoin, take profit in right time is important.
