I suspect that these KYC and AML documents are not his, but rather that he has simply copied them from other websites or that he picked them up pre-made out of a template. A quick Google search turns up several gambling websites with the same content. It explains why the published content differs from his explanations here. It seems he did not adapt these texts to match the actual terms of his platform.
I consider this to be a serious red flag regarding the legitimacy of this casino.
