significantly high probability that any casino who allows registrations through Tor will get IP addresses of (random) people linked to child abuse.
So you should definitely consider banning registration from Tor IP addresses if you don't want to deal with a bunch of false flag cases like this one.
Also by jumping to conclusions without evidence, your administrator is not displaying professional behavior expected from staff of that rank.
