is KGW on from the start? if yes, fail, no solo mining for normal people

Why is it a fail? Do you really want whales to gain mass amount of coins in the first 20minutes of launch? Which will cause price manipulation.. 350blocks reduced rewards is good, it gives people time to download the wallet setup, pool owners to also setup and then everyone can begin mining. 300 or so blocks will not take long to mine.. minutes. Stop moaning, if you dont like it dont mine it. Simple as that.

whales are gonna get their coins anyway, it's just small solo miners losing out if KGW is on from the start

its only a few blocks which wont take long to wipe out of the way, those small miners must be really lucky to even get a block when this coin is going to be hit to death with GH's. Which in a way this benefits the small miners so they can get a chance to wait for an active pool to come online so they can mine there and be rewarded by those with higher Hashrate than themselfs.

this just makes no sense at all, there is normally a period of 20 minutes to 2 hours in which there are no working (or sparsley working) pools online. KGW enabled means that during that Solo Mining time only big whales get blocks who are then the first to dump when the first exchange opens
