Take a look at hashbit.org. They are doing some really nice work on their blockchain.
Also, BitcoinAnonymous.info BTCA. Their desktop wallet allows you to trade BTCA (and BNB) anonymously. A mobile app is in the works to allow this same functionality.
I'm sure the project will not progress because it deliberately adopted the name BTC in order to make everyone interested in it, because some people who are currently in cryptocurrency are very smart in choosing and seeing really good projects.
