Don't you think you should wait to hear back from support first? I understand you contacted them on live chat and they replied that they will contact you shortly. Have I misunderstood something? I am not saying it is impossible that the problem is on their part, but don't you think the scam accusation may have been a little hasty or excessive?
I don't know what is wrong with OP but just accusing online casino because of slow deposit looks like a bad idea.
