I have bought ART token on bsc - cannot sell it - pancake always ask me to enable ART and I need to pay 25USD - I have already paid 25USD but still cannot sell and it is asking me again to allow selling for 25USD

is this a scam? can I somehow tell pancake to stop selling that scam or what can I do?
