They will offer a small payout in order to attract players, but stop paying out any larger winnings.
If I had even provided evidence that I had withdrawn large sums, would you believe that it is correct? I'm sure I would have been accused straight away that it was fixed with 1xbit to prove that they are honest.
Don't assume anything. If you have this type of evidence, you should publish it. It will give your claims more credibility, whether people believe it or not. As you can see, having evidence from one side only is not good. 1xBIT doesn't provide any. This is why I am more inclined to believe accusers who attach screenshots and account IDs.
