I lost my phone, and bought a new phone with new number. But when I try to login Aladdin pro wallet, it asks email and phone verification, which I currently have only email.
As I don;t have the old phone number, I can not login to my wallet. But I do have passphrase/memoric  phrase which is 8 sentences.

So now when I try to add account on Aladdin wallet and put my passphrase, the ADD button under isn't clickable. what could be the problem? Can anyone help me please.
