The oldest religions in the world are the ones that are not only okay with gambling, but actually have gods related to them. Jokes aside he was known as "trickster" basically and be able to pull one off quickly means that he could gamble and win with cheating, hence why god of gamblers basically. That was the one I know, but in any form of shape I doubt anyone prays to Hermes when gambling, nor any Indian gods neither here I hope, gambling is gambling and it is based on data and math, it is not related to any gods, even if that said god allows it or not allows it, in any case it is math that you need to pray to.
