In the months following the crypto market collapse, will launchpads still be able to offer IDOs with 100x to 500X returns as they currently do?

As many investors will most probably exit the market following a market crash, launchpads will most likely have to increase individual allocations. Also considering that the state of the market will further favor the emergence of large-scale projects, I think that the launchpads might be in times of crisis among the best investments in the crypto field.
