There's a single dev who's terrible at communicating anything and has odd priorities. No other team and he refuses help from anyone, pretty much.
The Discord is active (but you'll get banned if you ask too many questions, disagree with the dev or point out shortcomings).
The chain is stuck and has been for about 6 months.
The dev says it's fixed but hasn't produced a bootstrap to get people past the sticking point.
Only listed on CREX but wants to get off there, though I don't see how it's going to get listed anywhere else with a stuck chain.

I'd say to keep an eye open for a listing and dump it as fast as possible. It hasn't scammed but there's no future in it except the possibility of a random pump-and-dump.
