Posts are only deleted when a user is nuked, but then it would show 'Posts: 0' in their profile. Maybe you clicked on 'Show the last topics...' by mistake?
Sure they are if nuked but this user Big22 isn't nuked. I can see it on my end too and it really has the last recent posts of the user in it. I guess that's what Timelord has clicked considering I got the same error if I click the "Show the last topics made by this user".
