told them my account name. and then they asked for my password to check my account.. But he said there was no btc in my account.
I wouldn't give the pw, so they said I can wait until Monday when they get support from their provider.

I don't think any admin from any exchange will ever ask for password. The twitter account probably fake.
Should have check this exchange on forum before depositing BTC. Expensive lesson for me.
