Before uninstalling the wallet, try ending the wallet process inside task manager and starting a new instance of the wallet. A Vertcoin logo should pop up and tell you things are loading, then the wallet pops up after that.
Evrything like you said,but wallet is not open it is on task bar,and when i click on icon,nothing... Undecided

Probably your wallet is downloading a blockchain and this process can take for a while, depending on your internet connection and PC hardware. Check task manager for network usage and CPU load
