Well , everybody has an personal idea of having a habit (bad or good).
in my opinion Parallel parking, gambling, exercising, brushing your teeth and every other habit-forming activity that you imagine ,could turn into a habit.
Studies have shown that people will perform automated behaviors — like pulling out of a driveway or brushing teeth — the same way every single time, if they're in the same environment.That's one of the reasons why (personal thought) taking a vacation is so relaxing: It helps break certain habits.
And my advise would be that habits are malleable throughout your entire life. But we also know that the best way to change a habit is to understand its structure.You should start from there.
