Something is definetly off with their casino . 3d day of playing , 3d time I'm encountering problems "bugs" with their slots , basically first 2 situations were on a slot where you can do bonus buys , the winning amount from the bonus buy wasn't added to my balance , and second situation now literally on another slot , got an 8 $ win on a regular spin , they added to my balance only 3 $ .
Something's way off here.
have you contacted their support about these issues? just a post above also claiming there is an error in their site and OP promised to investigate.
I think what will help them is to Put a Bounty like other casino does in the past about "Finding Bugs" so it will help their progress to have faster result.
I did , first time it happened they said they couldn't find anything wrong , I left it at that , thought I didn't simply remember right my balance before buying the bonus , second time next day when it happened again , I basically had an 10 $ balance , bought an 8 $ bonus that paid around 5 $ , so my balance should have been 10 $ -3 $ ( -3 $ being the amount lost on the bonus ) , but after the bonus ended my balance was something like 3 $ .. they said they'll contact the gaming provider to see what's going on .
And the 3d time last night , I was playing a different provider , I got an 80x on my bet , 10 cents bet , screen showed 8 $ win , to my balance on friends.casino only 3 $ were added . Contacted them again , they looked into it for about 30 minutes , and said they will contact the game provider aswell..
The 1st game was from Belaltra , the 2nd game that bugged was from Playson , so 2 different providers with the same issue , I kind of doubt it was an error on providers side.
