Every day I read the news about the elimination, that some project has come off and all the investors have lost money. And I'm wondering why no one has tackled this problem so far?
I have only heard about some start-up from France, called CheckDot, they want to implement some kind of verification, but seriously, just one project in the world?
Scams are something no one can get rid of forever. The scammers will always find a way to cheat the system. It's the responsibility of the people to stay safe from scams. Most people fall for scams because they don't think twice. They read something, they go after it, they start believing it. And honestly, checkdot seems to be another scam project. If they were legit, they wouldn't be promoting themselves by creating threads about "how there is only one project in the world" that verifies if a project is a scam or not.
