I agree that the ICC fund distribution is not being done in a fair manner. It is being done in a way to make rich boards richer and poor boards poorer. For the 2015-23 cycle, the BCCI (richest board in the world) will receive almost 5 times the funds when compared to the poorest boards like Ireland and Afghanistan. But it is till an improvement. During the Pawar/Srinivasan era, the BCCI used to receive 50 times the funds when compared to Cricket Ireland. They are yet to decide on the distribution model for 2024-32, but I hope that it will be done in an unbiased manner.

India is major contributor for ICC funds and major beneficiary also. ICC matters are mostly decided by Big3 boards. Now due to IPL, BCCI has more control over small boards and ICC. As far as 2024-32 distribution model is concerned I don't think it will different from 2015-23 model. Rich boards will become more rich.

@Sithara007 I doubt that there’ll be any major changes in the revenue structure, because we’re coming out of pandemic year’s, and I’m pretty sure that the big 3 won’t be keen to take any pay cut. @galambo you’re absolutely correct the top 3 are bound to become richer, and I doubt that other teams will object to it because they won’t be keen to lose revenues coming from IPL.
