They need to find a way to fix whatever this issue is, never have that issue and focus on being better. As long as people still get their bets voided and even their money confiscated, there won't be anyone who believes in this site even if they spend a million dollars on signature campaign.
Honestly, I don't really think they care about fixing their reputation since they could have easily done it a long time ago just like Bestchange thanks to their financial capabilities in the crypto gambling world.
Instead, they just want to attract more whales to their site in order to scam them and they don't mind spending certain amounts on various campaigns in order to achieve this goal.
