About a week ago I emailed support and Edide and asked both of them to shut my account down. I didn't get a reply from either. Now this might be because they don't have to but common courtesy is to reply back? Or is it only common courtesy when they are taking your money on RTP machines paying around 48%? Either way its not playable but for them to ignore my request just further shows the character of the company.
I agree with the lack of professionalism by not replying.
But have you gotten any concrete evidence that you are not getting the claimed RTP?
Because right now it seems very circumstantial - you claim to have lost a bunch of money over a few months, which is totally possible given variance. EV doesn't mean that you must achieve this result.
