have you contacted their support? they usually log out gamblers that have been banned(or something). you should contact their support on their website to get some answer. if they continue to ignore you I suggest creating a scam accusation with proper evidence so people can decide whether to support your case or not. that being said, even if their support replied, there is a high chance that you won't get your money back.

anyway, can you think of anything why they would ban your account? have you used a VPN, had multiple accounts, etc..?
