I already confirmed through support a few hours ago they say no promotion for USD account only available for IDR account 
while I avoid IDR account for KYC reasons, it's quite strange that they create threads on global forums while promotions are only for local players

It a bit weird, but I just follow their suggestion, create a new account, and got the promo
KYC is only for bank transfer, not for crypto payments. After you deposit, the IDR value of your crypto (in thousand) will be credited to your account.
I suggest you create a new account as well (but contact support first to confirm my info), since who knows there will be more multiplier contest on BK8.
