If they are really doing their best to rebuild their So called "Good Reputation" ( Wondering since when they have one) then what they are doing is not enough so don't expect a good result .
Lets say they want or they are doing good now but what about the past? what about the claims? do they really wanted to Just forget about those and move on? they have stolen Money from their Players that once trusted them so do you really believe they will just keep in silence and let others trust this site?
if they want a regain of reputation then they must put settlement to those victims so they may start moving on and then everything will be back to what 1xbit wanted to.

If they realize what they are doing wrong and find a way to fix it then that will help them. They can't "regain" their good reputation because they never really had it, everyone always had nothing but complaints about this place and so far they really sucked getting back to people.
As long as they fix their issues and help people and do it in front of everyone and we get no more similar complaints then they are going to be fine. However as you can see there are so many people still coming here and spamming same thing, meaning there are still unresolved issues anyway.
Despite of the issues and complaints plus giving out some bad reputation its still surprisingly that there are still people who do come and play on this site and ending up on getting on the same issues.
These complaints would continue to pile up as long this site do continue to get new users and keeps depositing money despite of the current and pending issues.
