So nobody can guarantee what will happened on next 4 years! but if you aren’t willing to sell your token, then sell a percentage of it. During bear session, you could buy more with low price. But if your hold cause dump, then those are good altcoins, so verily possible to recover within next 4 years!  So you can do both of those
